Famous Preemies

On the morning of Ethan’s birth, Stu and I couldn’t have been more terrified.  Not only had we never even considered the possibility of having a baby two months early, but we had no clue what complications would arise due to Ethan’s prematurity.

A very sweet resident did an ultrasound to gauge Ethan’s weight while we were in the Pregnancy Assessment Center (before we were taken to Labor & Delivery), and he started spewing all kinds of very famous, VERY smart people who are known to have been born premature!

We thought it was cute not only that he told us, but that he KNEW this information.  It was a small gesture, but it made us feel a little better.  So I thought I would share!

add to that list my brother Joe…born in 1957 and retiring next year w $3.5 dollars!!!! He was under 2 lbs at birth.

I love reading your reports on Ethan. However, visitors can be exhausting. It makes me tired just reading how you are managing visitors. At this point all he needs is Mommy & Daddy. Continue the breast feeding..it is THE BEST…for Ethan and you.

    Happy Birthday, Becky.

Keep up the good work. Barbara (Finn)

Anna Pavlova is one of my FAVORITE ballerina’s ever! She was probably one of the strongest ballerina’s of her time…It’s kinda fascinating how a lot of them are males…very interesting!
