Ethan Walks
That’s ri-ght! Ethan has finally decided it’s time to start walking.

While Easter was a huge stepping stone, this weekend marked the official cross-over from reluctant-nervous-walking to getting-up-on-his-own-and-walking-all-over walking. At our little impromptu family picnic today, Ethan was having a blast tromping all over the grass with his sand shovels (he uses them with or without sand).
We were doing our best to be patient and let the Peanut do things his own way, but I couldn’t stop the worry from clouding my mind. Now of course I feel like a worry-wart and hope it wasn’t noticed by Little Man. While he is about 15.5 months old, his adjusted age (for prematurity) is only 13.5 months, therefore he is right on track…whew! We just kept encouraging without pushing, and didn’t even realize how rapid the progression was until we starting looking back at the last month of videos—which I then couldn’t help but start editing.
So now, for your viewing pleasure, is a “movie montage” of our boy getting his feet figured out. Enjoy!

OMG, That was too cute!!! It brought tears to my eyes seeing the little peanut walking on his own. I am so proud of that little man.
I especially loved the musical selection by the Foo Fighters.
loved it, loved it!!!
Go Ethan!!
By the way, love that little rooster shirt he’s wearing :)
The Rooster shirt is from Tea.com. It is THE CUTEST kids clothes store, but it is pretty pricey. I found this and another shirt on clearance. The shirts are of incredible quality, worth every penny.
That was the best!! I keep saying that. I think all that practice in Florida was just the ticket. You always pick the best and most appropriate music. Thanks for sharing.
Finally success!! Ethan looks so cute and so happy that he has learned this great new thing. Thanks for sharing.
Look at little Ethan go….! We loved the video of Ethan walking.
He’s such a cutie. Good Job Ethan!
Yay for your little guy!
Thanks!!
